ITS NOT ABOUT YOU, REALLY!

We seem to live in a world where judgement is the response of choice.
More and more I speak about how judgement of others is the way we deal with how we handle our own truth.
Let me give you an example:
My son Justin was back in St Louis for the Thanksgiving weekend.
He went to visit old friends and family members throughout the weekend to say hello.
People would ask him how he liked living in LA and when he answered he loved it, their first and only response was to react defensively as if they had to justify where they lived in comparison.
